Dinesh Murugesan is an accomplished global executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning consulting, digital transformation, enterprise strategy, and large-scale operational governance. Prior to assuming the role of CEO, Dinesh held senior strategic positions across several world-class organizations, including TCS, Deloitte, and dsm-firmenich, where he delivered high-impact transformation programs across multiple continents. At TCS, Dinesh led major strategic initiatives that enabled Fortune 500 clients to scale technology operations, strengthen digital capabilities, and accelerate global delivery models. His tenure at Deloitte further deepened his expertise in enterprise consulting, organizational redesign, and C-suite advisory — guiding multinational clients through complex transitions and market expansion strategies. Most recently, during his leadership within the dsm-firmenich Global Capability Center, Dinesh oversaw end-to-end transformation across finance, digital, and operational functions, establishing the GCC as a high-performing strategic hub supporting global growth. Known for his decisive leadership, cross-cultural fluency, and ability to unify senior executives under a shared strategic vision, Dinesh now leads the organization as Chief Executive Officer. He provides overarching direction to global operations across Europe, the United States, Asia-Pacific, and ANZ — ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and innovation across all business units. Dinesh is widely regarded for his executive gravitas, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to building resilient, future-ready organizations. Under his guidance, the company is positioned for accelerated global growth, strengthened capability development, and sustained long-term value creation.

Karen Roberts brings over 25 years of financial and strategic leadership experience across multinational corporations and growth-stage enterprises. Before joining the company, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Brightwave Systems, a U.S.-based software and data analytics firm, where she led global finance operations and investor relations. Prior to that, she held finance leadership roles at Trium Capital Partners and NorthBridge Manufacturing. Known for her disciplined financial stewardship and people-centric leadership, Karen is committed to driving transparency, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation for stakeholders worldwide. Karen works out of our New York office.

David Chen is a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving innovation across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining the company, he served as Managing Director of Aurion Technologies, a Singapore-based industrial solutions firm, and held executive roles at Censtar Holdings and BluePeak Logistics. David’s leadership is defined by his commitment to operational excellence, cultural fluency, and long-term partnership building. He has successfully led regional expansions in China, Japan, and Southeast Asia, reinforcing the company’s position as a trusted partner across the region.
